Bloomberg: UK asset management giant Schroders is seeking cryptocurrency custody providers

ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg citing informed sources, British asset management giant Schroders is seeking a cryptocurrency custody provider to enter the digital asset industry. The sources said that Zodia Custody is one of the potential suppliers.

It is reported that Schroders had acquired a minority stake in digital asset management company Forteus in July 2022, and in the annual report released in March this year, it stated that it is looking to add a board member with experience in fintech and cryptocurrency to replace the outgoing director Damon Buffini.
