OKX Ventures announces investment in the zkRollup-based Layer2 network Taiko

ChainCatcher news, OKX Ventures announced an investment in the zkRollup-based Layer2 network Taiko. Taiko enables developers and users to securely experience Ethereum with lower transaction fees and without having to consider any changes.

OKX Ventures founder Dora stated that the zk-EVM built by Taiko belongs to the Type 1 tier, which means complete Ethereum equivalence. It is one of the most promising projects in the current zkEVM space and is one of the five ZK-EVM contenders mentioned by Vitalik Buterin on Twitter.
