The Delaware court ruled that Galaxy Digital's refusal to acquire BitGo was "justified."
ChainCatcher news, the Delaware court ruled that Galaxy Digital had "valid grounds" to refuse the acquisition of BitGo, as BitGo failed to submit the audited financial statements required by the merger agreement.
Previously reported, in September 2022, BitGo announced it was suing Galaxy Digital for over $100 million in damages due to Galaxy's improper denial and intentional breach of the merger agreement with BitGo. (source link)
