Eden Block hires former Goldman Sachs partner Orit Freedman Weissman as a general partner
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, London-based cryptocurrency venture capital firm Eden Block has hired former Goldman Sachs partner Orit Freedman Weissman as a general partner. Orit Freedman Weissman served as a partner at Goldman Sachs in Israel from the early 1990s until 2014, where he not only established Goldman Sachs' operations in Israel and served as regional CEO but also engaged in mergers, financing, and investment activities for private companies.
Freedman Weissman will help drive the further development of Eden Block, which is currently planning its second fund. The first fund, which manages external capital, completed fundraising about a year and a half ago, with a size of $30 million. (source link)
