ChainCatcher news, Sotheby's has completed the second round of the Three Arrows Capital NFT auction, with sales exceeding $10.9 million. The auction featured works from the Grails series, totaling 37 pieces from generative artists such as Dmitri Cherniak, Tyler Hobbs, and Jeff Davis.
Highlights of the auction included Dmitri Cherniak's "Ringers #879" (The Goose), which was estimated at $2 million to $3 million. After multiple bids, it ultimately sold for $6.2 million to the renowned NFT investor 6529. Sotheby's stated that this is the second-highest price ever for a generative art piece. (CoinDesk)
