A U.S. court has ordered the Justice Department to conduct two separate trials for SBF's charges
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, based on the ruling by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan on June 15, the criminal charges against FTX co-founder SBF have been separated, and SBF now faces two separate trials. The first trial for the 8 charges he faces before being extradited from the Bahamas to the U.S. will begin on October 2, followed by the second trial for the additional 5 charges scheduled for March 11, 2024.
