ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Binance, Binance.US, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced an agreement to ensure that only Binance.US employees can use customer funds later on Friday.

The proposed agreement still requires the signature of the federal judge overseeing the case. Binance.US will take measures to ensure that no Binance member can access the private keys of its various wallets, hardware wallets, or root access to Binance.US's Amazon Web Services tools. Additionally, it will share details about its business expenditures in the coming weeks, including estimated costs. (Source link)
