Insiders: The proposed agreement between Binance and the SEC has been approved
ChainCatcher news, former U.S. SEC Internet Enforcement Office Director John Reed Stark tweeted that Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the District Court for the District of Columbia has approved the proposed agreement between Binance and the SEC.
Previously, Binance, Binance.US, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced a proposed agreement to transfer all U.S. customer funds and wallet keys back domestically. Binance.US employees will only be able to access customer funds later on Friday, but the agreement requires judicial approval. (source link)
