Huobi Global Limited is not registered in Hong Kong. The trademark rights in Hong Kong depend on the laws and regulations of Hong Kong.

According to a previous exclusive report by Wu Shuo, X-Spot Limited, controlled by Li Lin, today filed a lawsuit against Huobi (Huobi Global Limited) for trademark infringement in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
