OPNX filed a defamation lawsuit against investor and The Block co-founder Mike Dudas

ChainCatcher news, according to Kyle Davies, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital (3AC), and records from a New York court, the bankruptcy claims exchange OPNX, supported by the two co-founders of Three Arrows Capital, has filed a defamation lawsuit against venture capitalist Mike Dudas.

In a subpoena notice submitted in early June, OPNX accused Dudas of making defamatory comments about the company between February and March 2023, when Davies and his partner Su Zhu announced their exchange OPNX. However, the document did not specify what Dudas's defamatory statements were. Dudas is a well-known figure in the cryptocurrency industry, currently running 6th Man Ventures and previously founded the crypto media outlet The Block. (source link)
