Asset management company VanEck modifies spot Bitcoin ETF application
ChainCatcher news, asset management company VanEck has modified parts of its spot Bitcoin ETF application in response to SEC regulations. It is reported that the supplementary documents submitted by VanEck for the Bitcoin ETF to Cboe include details of a "monitoring sharing agreement" similar to that of BlackRock's proposed product.
Previously reported, after BlackRock first revealed its plan to launch a spot Bitcoin ETF, other companies such as Bitwise, WisdomTree, Invesco, and Valkyrie quickly followed suit. (source link)
