ChainCatcher news, according to official information, the Sui Foundation has released a detailed plan for token distribution. The Sui mainnet went live on May 3, 2023. The long-term circulating supply of SUI tokens is 10 billion. At the launch of the mainnet, approximately 5% of the tokens were in circulation, and the remaining tokens will be released according to the proposed schedule. All tokens are expected to be fully released by April 2030. The Sui Foundation stated that the schedule may be adjusted as needed to maintain the health of the Sui network.

Previous news, the Sui Foundation stated that it has gradually increased the supply of SUI tokens as planned to enhance ecosystem liquidity, a plan that has been disclosed from the beginning and has never exceeded the market capitalization reported by Coinmarketcap. The Sui Foundation has not sold staking rewards or any other locked and non-circulating SUI tokens on Binance or elsewhere.
