The Celestia testnet has launched the Oolong upgrade, which will serve as the candidate version for the mainnet

ChainCatcher news, the modular blockchain network Celestia testnet has launched the Oolong upgrade, which is the latest upgrade version of the Arabica Devnet and Mocha Testnet. The new network ID for Mocha is now mocha-3, and the new network ID for Arabica is now arabica-9. This upgrade will also serve as a candidate version for the mainnet release, and if all goes well, the mainnet may adopt the Oolong upgrade.
The new features of this upgrade include increasing the available space for blob data in blocks, expanding the size of Namespace IDs from 8 bytes to 29 bytes, limiting block sizes, and removing on-chain governance, among others. (source link)
