ChainCatcher news, according to Twitter user Ember Monitoring, 5 hours ago, a16z transferred 6,432 MKR (5.9 million USD) to Coinbase from an address starting with 0xd520. The a16z address received 60,000 MKR in 2019 (which should be the investment allocation), and then sold 27,840 MKR at an average price of about 2,750 USD during 2021 (through Genesis Trading OTC, Coinbase).
