Sentinel: Changes in the Stock Code of the dVPN Protocol and Target Expansion

Section 1: What is Sentinel? $DVPN Protocol
As part of the transition to Cøsmos, Sentinel is excited to share the significant change in its ticker symbol. This strategy aims to better convey the purpose of the Sentinel dVPN protocol in a more direct way. Since Sentinel is the first project to introduce the term "dVPN," the change in its native token symbol is fitting. After the exchange and mainnet transactions, Sentinel's ticker will change from $SENT to $DVPN. The new ticker clearly communicates the project's specific focus areas, allowing it to stand out even when individuals are browsing hundreds of other tickers on exchanges. Sentinel's recent marketing partnerships further strengthen the narrative and adoption of Sentinel's profound technology from crypto to non-crypto users.

Section 2: dVPN is a Loose Term that Sentinel Seeks to Expand
A virtual private network is a software protocol that acts as a private bridge between the user and their desired location. A fully mature dVPN would be a vertically integrated stack of completely censorship-resistant technology, including but not limited to decentralized DNS integration, directly incentivized mesh networks, and decentralized computing, all while protecting user data and privacy.
Sentinel aims to emphasize that dVPN is not just a traditional VPN in the conventional sense. It goes far beyond that and will only expand as Sentinel evolves.
While the community may feel that we are losing an important part of the project by giving up the beloved SENT ticker, it is crucial to understand the significance of the DVPN ticker. The advantages of SENTINEL remain unchanged and will not be compromised by this transition. Sentinel remains Sentinel; the ticker simply attracts new interest in its products by conveying its identity more accurately.
Technology is somewhat of a misleading term that forces people to associate complexity with originality. Often, the simplest technologies are the best technologies. Wheels, forks, chopsticks, Bitcoin, and many other things are examples of this.
Centralized VPN solutions are an outdated technology, maintained by centralized entities that act as gatekeepers and service providers to spy.
Traditionally, VPN services have been operated by highly centralized and anonymous entities, and the development capabilities required to create such services previously demanded very capable developers. Sentinel dVPN redefines the overall atmosphere of today's "VPN" as Sentinel changes the relationship between users and service providers, as well as the entry point for users to access the technology stack of the network, which has been deliberately obscured and confused. If you feel the need to have a private network, there is no longer a need to consult centralized contractors and clients. You and your trusted social network can build a private network through Sentinel's tech stack, allowing trusted users to participate and receive bandwidth from that network. This is akin to the gunpowder revolution, just a further derivation of the CPU revolution. The technology stack for creating powerful free networks will naturally extend into the global social structure.
Sentinel dVPN seeks to liberalize the process and approach to creating and establishing robust VPN networks. This liberalization includes creating VPN enterprises for the relationship between users and client services. Sentinel dVPN does not attempt to deconstruct decades of research and development that have gone into Wireguard, Socks5, TOR, HNS, and other network protocols that will integrate with Sentinel dVPN and independent dVPNs built on Sentinel. Sentinel does not seek to reinvent the wheel; it simply aims to make the steering wheel accessible to everyone. Sentinel's goal is the liberalization of the technology itself; the process is the technology, rather than the underlying randomness of the engineering stack. If only 0.1% of people can use or make wheels, what good is it? The Sentinel dVPN architecture allows for the creation of deep node pools from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and skill sets. This gives resource-poor participants the opportunity to compete with resource-rich participants who have historically served our digital overlords while operating under the guise of a "secure and reliable VPN."
dVPN attempts to erode the false identity of the term VPN and replace it with more fundamental facts. The fact is: the more bandwidth nodes and VPN providers from different cultures and ideals, the less likely the entire network is to be compromised by a central power. Enjoy the ride. The ideals of privacy and freedom are reclaiming terms that have been subverted by centralized entities, repurposing the terminology, and restoring virtue to the power of words.
