Rodeo Finance: Lost $1.7 million, has recovered $816,000

ChainCatcher news, the leverage yield protocol Rodeo Finance on Arbitrum has released a post-incident report regarding a hacking event. On July 11, hackers stole approximately $1.7 million from the Rodeo protocol due to price oracle manipulation, and currently about $816,000 has been recovered in the form of unshETH.

The team is currently conducting forensic analysis of the vulnerability in collaboration with security researchers and white hat hackers, offering a white hat bounty to hackers for returning the funds, and urging hackers to negotiate with the team for the return of the stolen funds.
