According to ChainCatcher news and statistics from Lookonchain, the operations of the top four XRP whales on the BNB Chain after the surge in XRP are as follows:

The whale address starting with 0xf522 purchased 25 million XRP (18 million USD) on Binance between April 22, 2022, and November 24, 2022, at an average purchase price of 0.43 USD. This whale only provides liquidity on PancakeSwap and has not sold any XRP.
The whale address starting with 0x513d deposited 5.4 million XRP (4.3 million USD) into Binance and currently holds 4.6 million XRP (3.3 million USD). This whale purchased 10 million XRP on Binance through an address starting with 0xa1c3, at an average purchase price of 0.45 USD.
The whale address starting with 0x8456 purchased 1.4 million XRP on Binance at an average price of 0.4 USD on December 13, 2022, and May 15, 2023, but has never sold any.
The whale address starting with 0x8bf6 purchased 1.4 million XRP on Binance at a price of 0.39 USD on December 14, 2022, but has never sold any. (Source link)
