Worldcoin plans to launch 1,500 Orb devices in 35 cities worldwide this year, including locations in Asia such as Hong Kong and Singapore
ChainCatcher news, Worldcoin announced that it will increase the availability of its iris scanning device Orb to 1,500 units in 35 cities across 20 countries or regions worldwide during the summer and autumn seasons this year, to expand user access to World ID, including cities in Asia such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Manila, Seoul, Singapore, and Tokyo.
In previous news, Worldcoin announced today the launch of its token WLD, with registered users exceeding 2 million. The project stated that 1,500 Orbs could increase the global registration capacity by more than 5 times, allowing millions of users to obtain World ID. (source link)
