A dormant Ethereum address that has been inactive for 8 years transfers out 641 ETH

ChainCatcher message, on-chain data shows that an address that received 2000 ETH from the Ethereum genesis block on July 30, 2015, transferred 641 ETH to a new address after being dormant for 8 years, and then transferred 640 ETH to Abyss Finance for staking.
