GameStop will remove the iOS and Chrome extension wallet due to regulatory uncertainty

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, video game and related products retailer GameStop (GME) announced that due to regulatory uncertainty, it will remove the iOS and Chrome browser extension wallets from the market on November 1, 2023, and discontinue support for cryptocurrency wallets. Customers can access these wallets until October 1. These wallets were launched about a year ago, allowing users to manage cryptocurrencies and NFTs through decentralized applications and supporting transactions on GameStop's NFT marketplace.
