BitGo hires former Genesis executive Matthew Ballensweig to lead the instant settlement network Go Network
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency custody company BitGo has hired former Genesis executive Matthew Ballensweig to lead BitGo's newly launched instant settlement network, Go Network.
It is reported that the network aims to allow hedge funds and other institutions to access trading liquidity across various exchanges without having to move their assets out of regulated custody. The network also offers instant settlement from USD to cryptocurrency, enabling asset exchanges without requiring either party to go first.
