Lido's TVL surpassed $15 billion in July, reaching a new high since May 2022

ChainCatcher news, the monthly report released by the liquid staking platform Lido shows that Lido's total locked value (TVL) exceeded $15 billion in July, the highest level since May 2022. In addition, the number of independent Ethereum depositors surpassed 166,000, an increase of 6.66% from the previous month.

Despite the recent drop in Ethereum prices that caused it to fall below this important threshold, the protocol has seen significant net inflows of Ethereum each month due to the Ethereum withdrawal feature launched earlier this year. With this continued growth, the amount of Ethereum staked by the protocol is expected to exceed 8 million next month.
