ChainCatcher news, Binance has obtained a license to provide Bitcoin and digital asset services in El Salvador, becoming the country's "first fully licensed" cryptocurrency exchange.
In a statement, Binance stated that the Central Bank of El Salvador (Banco Central de Reserva) granted it a Bitcoin Service Provider (BSP) license, while the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador issued a non-temporary Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) license. Currently, Binance has obtained licenses in 18 markets.
