The Bitcoin ETF launched by asset management company Jacobi is now live on the Euronext Amsterdam
ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the Bitcoin ETF "Jacobi FT Wilshire Bitcoin ETF" launched by asset management company Jacobi Asset Management went live today (August 15) on the Euronext Amsterdam. The ETF trading code is BCOIN and it is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC). Fidelity Digital Assets is responsible for the custody of the ETF, Flow Traders acts as the market maker, and Jane Street and DRW serve as authorized participants.
It is reported that the Jacobi FT Wilshire Bitcoin ETF is known as the first decarbonized digital asset fund compliant with Article 8 of the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), which applies to funds that promote environmental and social objectives. The company has partnered with digital asset platform Zumo to implement a verifiable built-in Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) solution, enabling institutional investors to trade Bitcoin while meeting their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.
Previous report, Jacobi had announced that it would launch Europe's first Bitcoin ETF on the Euronext Amsterdam in July.
