KaratDAO: zkSyncstarter did not comply with the protocol to send ETH or return KAT, and more than half of its IDO funds flowed into the same wallet address
ChainCatcher news, KaratDAO posted that Karat has partnered with zkSyncstarter and transferred 206,000 KAT to the latter, expecting to receive the corresponding ETH as agreed. However, zkSyncstarter did not send the promised ETH, nor did it return Karat's KAT tokens. Meanwhile, KaratDAO stated that half of the funds raised in the zkSyncstarter IDO flowed to the same wallet address, questioning the legitimacy and integrity of the zkSyncstarter IDO funds.
In addition, Karat indicated that zkSyncstarter's deceptive behavior is not an isolated incident, as the zk protocol zkHarvest and the non-custodial protocol MELD have also been deceived.
