Data: A dormant whale address transfers over 12,000 ETH to Binance

According to ChainCatcher's message, on-chain analyst Yu Jin monitored that a whale, who withdrew 52,000 ETH (worth 5.73 million USD) from Kraken at an average price of 110 USD between December 2018 and January 2019, transferred 12,087 ETH (currently worth 20.61 million USD) to Binance in two transactions 12 hours ago after being silent for 2 years. As of now, all 52,000 ETH of this whale has been transferred out to CEX. Previously, in June 2019, this whale transferred 27,198 ETH to Bitstamp at an average price of 257 USD.
