ChainCatcher news, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams posted that the judge of the Southern District Court of New York dismissed the arguments against the class action lawsuit involving Uniswap and Paradigm, which is very encouraging. He listed several comments from the court, including "the lawsuit contradicts the logic that the drafters of the computer code of a specific software platform may be held responsible for third-party misuse of that platform, as smart contracts are automatically executed, self-executing code," and "the court found the defendants' rebuttal reasonable, stating that this case is more akin to holding the developers of self-driving cars liable for traffic violations or bank robberies committed by third parties using those cars."
