Data: There are 425 million people worldwide holding cryptocurrency assets, and 182 individuals hold over 100 million dollars in cryptocurrency assets

ChainCatcher news, the international wealth and investment immigration specialist Henley & Partners has released its first Crypto Wealth Report, which reveals that currently there are 425 million people globally holding crypto assets, among which there are approximately 88,200 "crypto millionaires," nearly half (about 40,000) of whom hold BTC. Currently, there are 182 cryptocurrency billionaires worldwide (i.e., high-net-worth individuals holding $100 million or more in cryptocurrency), of which 78 are Bitcoin holders.

The report also indicates that the top 5 crypto-friendly countries and regions are Singapore, Switzerland, the UAE, Hong Kong, and the United States; the top 5 crypto tax-friendly countries and regions are Singapore, the UAE, Hong Kong, Mauritius, and Monaco. The statistics in the report are as of June 30, 2023.
