Binance will delist privacy coins in Belgium this month
ChainCatcher news, Binance will delist privacy coins in Belgium later this month. Starting from September 21, customers residing in Belgium will no longer be able to purchase or trade certain privacy coins on the platform, including Monero (XMR), MobileCoin (MOB), Firo (Firo), and Horizen (ZEN).
In June of this year, Binance had already delisted privacy coins in France, Italy, Poland, and Spain. Last week, Binance announced that it would provide services to Belgian users through its Polish entity, so the regulations in Poland now also apply to Belgian users.
A spokesperson for Binance stated, "We will continuously monitor our regulatory obligations and will further update our products and token offerings as necessary."
