Venture capital firm Electric Capital plans to raise $300 million for its third fund
ChainCatcher news indicates that according to documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Web3 venture capital firm Electric Capital is raising $300 million for its third fund, Electric Capital Venture Fund III, which will provide common investment fund rights as a security. The fund has not yet conducted its initial sale, and the issuance is not intended to exceed one year. Previously, Electric Capital raised $1 billion in March 2022 to invest in early-stage crypto startups.
