Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev will stand trial in the Netherlands at the end of March next year

ChainCatcher news, according to DL News, Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev will stand trial in the Netherlands from March 26 to 27 next year. Alexey Pertsev returned to the Netherlands on Wednesday for his fourth pre-trial hearing, where the judge assessed whether the prosecution and defense have the evidence they need. The court will also evaluate whether Alexey Pertsev needs to be detained again before the trial.

Pertsev was previously detained for nine months after being arrested in August 2022; in April of this year, he was released under house arrest. In May, Pertsev was released on the condition that he could not leave the country and had to wear a GPS monitor.
