Huang Licheng proposed to purchase Yuga assets with 11 million APE and issue the DAM token, voting will start tomorrow

ChainCatcher message, Huang Licheng announced that the AIP-304 initiated in the ApeCoin community will open for voting tomorrow at 9:00. This proposal suggests using 11 million APE to purchase Yuga assets, including famous NFT collections such as BAYC, MAYC, BAKC, and Punks, for exhibition and donation to art institutions, to enhance the global dissemination of digital art.

If the proposal passes, a new governance token DAM will be launched to select and manage the NFT collection, with 30% of DAM allocated to ApeCoin stakers over 5 years, and 70% used for the treasury, to be decided by token holders' votes.
