The Dutch bank has registered digital green bonds on a public blockchain

ChainCatcher news, ABN AMRO has announced that it has registered digital green bonds on a public blockchain.

Through this bond, Vesteda has raised 5 million euros from DekaBank, and according to the Vesteda green finance framework, the proceeds from this transaction will be used for the (re)financing of green assets.

In this issuance, ABN AMRO utilized the digital wallet services of Tokeny and Fireblocks. Allen & Overy and Clifford Chance provided legal services for it.
