ChainCatcher news, the SEC in a recent filing stated that the institutional-grade custody platform Ceffu (formerly Binance's custody service Binance Custody) provides "third-party wallet custody software and support services" for Binance.US's parent company BAM.

Ceffu issued a statement denying this claim and stated that it is committed to providing digital asset custody solutions for institutional users outside of the United States, and that BAM and BHL (Binance Holdings Limited) are not within its service scope.
