JPEX issued an announcement providing emergency withdrawal methods and reminding users to bind their email addresses

ChainCatcher news, the encrypted exchange JPEX issued a notice to users early this morning, informing them of an emergency withdrawal method. According to JPEX, due to a telecom blockade, users registered with Hong Kong phone numbers can no longer receive SMS verification codes. In the announcement, JPEX provided customers with an emergency withdrawal method, stating that when entering the SMS verification code, users should replace it with the last six digits of the registered phone number. For example, if the registered withdrawal phone number is 1234 5678, the verification code to enter would be 345678.

JPEX also reminded users registered with Hong Kong phone numbers in the announcement to immediately bind their accounts to an email address to ensure asset security.
