According to ChainCatcher news, data from Circle's official website shows that from September 15 to September 21, Circle issued approximately 700 million USDC and redeemed about 1.1 billion USDC, resulting in a decrease of nearly 300 million in circulation. As of September 21, the circulation of USDC was 25.7 billion, with reserve funds amounting to 25.8 billion USD.
