Coinbase executive: Binance minted over $500 million in WBETH last weekend and deposited it into the exchange
ChainCatcher message, Coinbase executive Conor Grogan stated on social media: "Binance minted over $500 million of Wrapped Beacon ETH (WBETH) over the weekend and deposited it into the exchange. This number is almost equal to 50% of the total BETH supply, and I haven't seen any asset movement or destruction on-chain. There has also been no change in Binance's ETH2 depositors."
