Former mining chief of Galaxy Digital establishes consulting service to help Bitcoin miners grow their businesses

ChainCatcher news, Amanda Fabiano, former head of mining at Galaxy Digital, has founded her own consulting service company—Fabiano Consulting—after leaving her position, to help Bitcoin miners grow their businesses. The new company will collaborate with Bitcoin mining companies such as Compass Mining and Giga Energy.

Fabiano worked at Galaxy Digital for three years, responsible for establishing the company's mining business and providing operational and capital market products. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Bitcoin Mining at Fidelity Investments. It is reported that under Fabiano's leadership, one of the most significant deals was the acquisition of the Helios mining facility from miner Argo Blockchain (ARBK) last year. This nearly $100 million transaction revived the bankrupt miner and provided Galaxy with a mining facility with a capacity of 180 megawatts.
