Binance's UK partner is unable to approve cryptocurrency advertisements due to relevant restrictions

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning stating that Rebuildingsociety.com cannot approve the company's cryptocurrency advertisements and should "revoke any existing cryptocurrency promotion approvals." The company must inform the FCA in writing by Friday that it has completed the necessary steps.

Previously, Binance announced a partnership with Rebuildingsociety.com. The new cryptocurrency promotion rules will take effect over the weekend, requiring cryptocurrency companies to be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in order to approve their own promotions and advertisements, but allowing advertisements from unregistered cryptocurrency companies to be approved by authorized companies.
