dYdX Trading Inc. updates its charter to transform into a public benefit corporation
ChainCatcher message, dYdX founder Antonio Julio stated on the X platform: "dYdX Trading Inc. has officially updated its charter to become a public benefit corporation. As an open-source software developer, the company will not operate or generate trading fee revenue from dYdX v4 and will strive to align with the community as much as possible."
