According to ChainCatcher news, on-chain data shows that a dormant Ethereum ICO participation address starting with 0x6403, which has been inactive for over 8 years (3004 days and 14 hours), transferred approximately 500 ETH to 4 different addresses 30 minutes ago, moving out all of its ICO earnings of 2000 ETH.
