Kraken appoints Bivu Das as Managing Director of its UK division

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, fintech entrepreneur and former Starling Bank executive Bivu Das will succeed Blair Halliday as the Managing Director for the UK, responsible for Kraken's business development in the UK.

Das previously managed a cryptocurrency payment gateway startup called Unblock and a small business financing platform named FIBR UK. He also served as the Head of Operations Strategy and Expansion at Starling Bank for a year, which is a UK challenger bank backed by Bahamian billionaire Harald McPike.
