Solana Foundation: The second node validator Firedancer developed by Jump Crypto has launched on the testnet

ChainCatcher news, the Solana Foundation announced at the Solana community annual summit Breakpoint that Firedancer, the second node validator for Solana developed by Jump Crypto, is officially live on the testnet. Firedancer is used to enhance the diversity of node clients and the stability of the Solana blockchain, making Solana more resilient and resistant to attacks. Compared to the first client, Firedancer is developed using C/C++ language, which provides higher compatibility and memory efficiency while reducing the cost of running Solana nodes.
