XRP lawyer accuses SBF's father of fraud
ChainCatcher news, according to Coingape, XRP lawyer John Deaton raised the issue of improper conduct involving the father of FTX founder SBF that contributed to the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange in November 2022.
Lawyer Deaton stated that SBF did not establish these holding companies on his own. His father's request for a higher salary was not without reason. John Deaton's lawsuit documents revealed an email sent by Joseph Bankman (SBF's father) to SBF in January 2022, in which he expressed dissatisfaction with his annual salary of $200,000, stating that it was only 20% of what he believed he deserved.
