The 121st Ethereum Core Developers Consensus Meeting: Devnet 11 has been released, and Devnet 12 may be launched in early December
ChainCatcher news, Galaxy's Vice President of Research Christine Kim summarized the 121st Ethereum Core Developers Consensus (ACDC) call, where developers discussed significant changes to the DenCun specification to reduce the complexity of Blob implementation; another upgrade specification was modified to allow honest validators to reorganize later blocks; the Dencun testnet timeline was updated; and a JSON mapping to the CL SSZ specification was created.
According to the meeting, Devnet 11 has been launched, and Devnet 12 may not start until early December, but it is more likely that the upgrade to the Ethereum public testnet will begin after the holidays in the first quarter of 2024.
