Bloomberg: Circle is considering an IPO in early 2024, with valuation still uncertain

According to ChainCatcher, citing sources familiar with the matter, stablecoin issuer Circle is in talks with advisors to consider an IPO in early 2024. The review is ongoing, and it is currently unclear whether Circle will decide to proceed with the listing, nor is it clear how much valuation Circle will seek in the IPO.

ChainCatcher previously reported that Circle sought to go public via a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) at the end of 2022, with a valuation of $9 billion.
