The proposal to "disable stable borrowing rates" for Aave has been executed on-chain
ChainCatcher message, the governance page shows that the Aave community has passed the "Disable Stable Borrowing Rates" proposal through on-chain voting and it has been executed. This proposal disables stable borrowing rates for all assets in all pools across the network. Additionally, it unfreezes assets that were previously frozen by the freeze steward.
The proposal states: "In response to the attack vector reported by white hat hackers, we took immediate measures to protect the Aave market by pausing and freezing the affected markets. This proposal will revoke these freeze measures and implement permanent fixes. Applicable pools will be restarted through the Guardian."
