Binance will stop Russian ruble deposits on November 15

ChainCatcher message, Binance will stop the deposit of Russian Ruble (RUB) at 08:00 Beijing time on November 15, 2023. The withdrawal of Rubles will remain available until 08:00 on January 31, 2024. Users holding a balance in Russian Ruble can transfer their funds to the CommEX platform for free. Users can register for a CommEX account or log in to their CommEX account and connect it to the corresponding Binance account. Once the connection is complete, users can transfer their Russian Rubles from Binance to CommEX.
