The Compound growth plan proposal will not be executed due to not reaching the quorum threshold

ChainCatcher message, the proposal 191 initiated by AlphaGrowth in the lending protocol Compound community will not be executed due to failure to reach quorum. The proposal suggested allocating 7770 COMP (currently approximately 410,000 USD) over a period of 4 months for the Compound growth plan, of which 2760 COMP is allocated to the BD fund (supporting business development operations for the Compound growth plan), and 5010 COMP is allocated to the growth fund (to incentivize external parties to participate in and promote Compound through marketing activities and fundraising).
