The Delaware Department of Justice is investigating false documents related to BlackRock's proposed spot XRP ETF
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Delaware Department of Justice is investigating false documents regarding BlackRock's proposed spot XRP ETF. A Delaware spokesperson stated that the matter has been referred to the state's Department of Justice. Previously, the false documents were submitted to the Delaware Division of Corporations and published on its website, containing details matching those of BlackRock's documents, including the name and address of its registered agent.
It is reported that as of 10:30 AM Eastern Time on Tuesday, the document still appeared on the Delaware Division of Corporations' website, essentially identical to the legitimate documents regarding BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust product released last week.
